The girl group 'LE SSERAFIM' has already celebrated its 2nd anniversary. They made a big splash as the first girl group launched in collaboration between HYBE Corporation, the agency of 'BTS', and its sub-label Source Music.

'LE SSERAFIM' is a multinational girl group composed of members from Korea, Japan, and the United States, and they garnered considerable attention even before their debut. Particularly, the pre-debut history of Kazuha, a Japanese member who majored in ballet from the age of 3, drew considerable interest.

Kazuha, who has won numerous awards at ballet competitions in Japan from 2015 to 2019, is a true ballet talent, having trained at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Russia and the Royal Ballet School in the UK. She discovered the charm of K-pop after getting to know 'BLACKPINK' when she was in middle school.

Then, in 2020, she went to study abroad at the Netherlands National Ballet Academy. The following year, in 2021, she applied for an online audition held by Source Music. This was largely influenced by watching Jimin of 'BTS', who majored in contemporary dance, harmoniously express K-pop and contemporary dance.

Upon receiving news of her acceptance to the audition in September of that year, Kazuha started receiving Korean language lessons online in November and was trained in vocals and choreography for the debut song by the agency's trainers who traveled directly to the Netherlands.

She finally entered Korea in January 2022. During her 2-week self-quarantine period due to COVID-19, she practiced the choreography for the debut song, 'FEARLESS', by herself. After completing the quarantine, she underwent a 4-month training period and officially debuted on May 2nd.

Including the 2 months she trained in the Netherlands, Kazuha only had a 6-month training period. 'LE SSERAFIM' has been receiving love from the public with every release, including their debut song, 'FEARLESS', and subsequent releases like 'ANTIFRAGILE', 'UNFORGIVEN', and 'Eve, Psyche, and the Bluebeard’s Wife'.

Recently, 'LE SSERAFIM' has been attracting a lot of attention by participating in the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the largest music festival in the United States, in the shortest period after their debut. They will be holding fan meetings to meet fans from all over the world, starting with 'FEARNADA 2024 S/S' in Seoul this May.
